The project is invested by the Civil and Industrial Project Management Board of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. Afterwards, many items arose and difficulties arose during the construction process, so the project investment was adjusted up to nearly 115 billion VND. The completion plan is also delayed from March to July and now is in September 2023.
