Get lost in the ancient rhododendron forest on Tay Con Linh peak

TPO - From February to April every year is the time when azalea flowers on Tay Con Linh peak (Cao Bo commune, Vi Xuyen district, Ha Giang province) bloom brightly to welcome visitors.

Tay Con Linh special-use forest spreads over 15 thousand hectares, of which more than 5 thousand hectares are inhabited by azalea trees, concentrated in Cao Bo commune.

The azalea flowers here are mostly tens to hundreds of years old.

Compared to the beauty of Tay Thi, azalea flowers bloom each red flower as if inviting the eyes of tourists when coming to Tay Con Linh peak.

Azalea flowers in Tay Con Linh do not bloom at the same time.

The flowers at the bottom will bloom first and gradually reach the top.

According to people, the azalea forest here is hundreds of years old and is strictly protected.

This flower is also considered a symbol of Vi Xuyen.

In 2023, Vi Xuyen district will organize the Azalea Festival for the first time to promote its image to tourists.

Up to now, Tay Con Linh Nature Reserve still retains its pristine natural landscape.

The rhododendron trees are dozens of meters high, their trunks are covered with moss, but they still bloom beautifully.

According to people's beliefs, azalea flowers bloom with radiant beauty, symbolizing luck, prosperity and faithful love.
