INVITATION LETTER FOR TOURISM COOPERATION.

Dear Brothers and Sisters working as Tour Guides,

We would like to respectfully introduce to our partners the OTA Vietnam platform 63Stravel - An online travel platform to explore Vietnam.

Strengths of Vietnam 63Stravel: Is a purely Vietnamese tourism platform, by Vietnamese people. Developed by young people who are passionate about travel and have a desire to promote Vietnamese tourism to the world. Vietnam 63Stravel aims to sell rooms and tours during off-peak times of the year. Focusing on customer groups including international tourists, the elderly, families and students. Vietnam 63Stravel has been cooperating with the Vietnamese student community in other countries with the goal of promoting Vietnamese tourism. Introducing the history and human culture of Vietnam to international tourists. The team of collaborators selling rooms and selling Online tours covers 63 provinces and cities and has a professional collaborator management system. Is an application (App) that provides multilingual interpretation of information about artifacts in museums, interpretation of information on historical sites and tourist attractions. Vietnam 63Stravel aims to improve the experience and quality of service for domestic and foreign tourists when traveling in Vietnam.

Vietnam 63Stravel's mission is to bring a wonderful, convenient travel experience to tourists and be able to compete with foreign OTA platforms to reduce travel costs for tourists.

We, Vietnam 63Stravel, send 2 invitations for cooperation to our Tour Guides:

1. Become a representative of Vietnam 63Stravel - Introduce hotels and restaurants to become partners of Vietnam 63Stravel.

As a Tour Guide, I already have information and connections with hotels and restaurants. You will represent 63Stravel in the province where you live and work to introduce and discuss with hotels and restaurants so they can become partners of Vietnam 63Stravel.

Benefits of tour guides: Enjoy income on each hotel and restaurant referral contract successfully signed with Vietnam 63Stravel Income per contract will depend on the stars(*) of hotels, resorts, villas, and homestays.  The value will be agreed upon in cooperation between tour guide and Vietnam 63Stravel

Responsibilities of tour guide: Ensure work efficiency and have a specific work plan Negotiate with hotels and restaurants for maximum efficiency 

2. Cooperate to introduce Vietnam 63Stravel application to tourists and users.

Each tour guide is a tourism ambassador promoting Vietnamese tourism to international friends. Vietnam 63Stravel application is a multilingual application that provides automatic interpretation of artifacts in museums, historical sites, and tourist attractions in 63 provinces and cities.

Benefits of tour guides: Each tour guide will be given a free code to fully use the functions of App Vietnam 63Stravel. When you refer a traveler, the user downloads the 63Stravel app with your referral code. The system will recognize it as your customer. If that customer uses and registers for a Premium account package, you will receive 30% of the value. Your customer value is stored indefinitely, and you have the right to exploit the information of those customers.

Responsibilities of tour guide: Support tourists in downloading the Vietnam 63Stravel application to their phones and instructing them on basic operations. Promote introducing users to the Vietnam 63Stravel application through other online platforms. Contribute, supplement, and give feedback on features that need to be adjusted to make the Vietnam 63Stravel application more complete and better for tourists.
