Phong Dien - Can Tho Ecotourism Festival

Responding to Vietnam Tourism Day on July 9, Phong Dien District People's Committee coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City to organize the 11th Phong Dien - Can Tho Ecotourism Festival (Festival) at Phong Dien square.

The festival aims to create a highlight for Can Tho tourism activities, increase introduction and promotion to stimulate tourism; Introducing specialty fruits, cuisine, and unique tourism products of Can Tho in general and Phong Dien in particular. Thereby, promoting eco-tourism; Create opportunities for garden locations and tourism businesses to connect and build tours to attract tourists to Phong Dien.

This year's festival will take place from July 5 to 9 with about 18 activities. Main activities include: opening ceremony, tram parade and car display, fruit art display contest with the theme "Phong Dien Tourism". There are also entertainment activities, such as: tourism promotion booths, OCOP product promotion, trade fairs, photo exhibitions, cultural programs, folk game activities space, composite shell racing, job exchange floor, folk cuisine - cakes, series of activities "Can Tho women start innovative - creative businesses", sports tournaments...
