According to the plan of the Provincial People's Committee, the festival has the participation of 4 teams from Korea, China, France, and UAE. The opening ceremony and the first night of competition between two teams from Korea and China with the theme "Glamour Nha Trang - Glamor Nha Trang" was held at April 2 Square, City. Nha Trang on the evening of July 13. The second night of competition between the two teams France and UAE with the theme "Night of the Wonders" and the closing ceremony was held at Vinpearl Harbor (Hon Tre island, Nha Trang) on ​​the evening of July 20. Each team uses a minimum of 1,000 drones to demonstrate the current and future culture and image of Khanh Hoa (the teams' performances last about 15 minutes), combined with modern music performances on the stage to create into a vivid, attractive, and emotional overall picture.

Nha Trang International Bay of Light Festival 2024 is the "key" event of Khanh Hoa's summer tourism season; Expected to create an explosive event, promote and spread the image of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa tourism to the international market, helping to realize the positioning of the Khanh Hoa tourism brand on the world tourism map. The festival also aims to form a unique tourism product of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa, becoming an annual event of the province, combined with destination communication work, making an impression on global tourists. ; meets the expectations of a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
