Child ticket price
:
• Children under 5 years old: no service fee, parents take care of the child themselves and pay any additional costs (for services charged based on height...). Two adults can only accompany 1 child under 5 years old. The second child will pay the fee according to regulations for ages 5 to under 12 years old and a single room surcharge.
• Children from 5 - under 12 years old: must buy 50% of the full tour ticket including transportation, meals according to the program, and sightseeing tickets for places charged based on age/height (note that children sleeping with parents). Conditions when registering for a tour

• In case you travel in a group of 3 guests, Vietravel will provide 01 room for 03 guests with 01 large bed 1m6 (or 02 small beds each 1m1 -1m2) and 01 mobile extra bed from 0.8 - 1.2m (extrabed). ) or 01 single mattress depending on the hotel/resort. In case you need to live separately, please pay the single room surcharge according to regulations

• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or relatives over 18 years old when going on tour. In case of traveling alone, parents must authorize Vietravel (with confirmation from local authorities).
• For safety reasons, female guests aged 55 years or older and male guests aged 60 years or older: should be accompanied by a relative under 55 years old (in good health). For guests aged 70 and over: Must be accompanied by a relative under 55 years old (in good health). Restrictions on accepting guests aged 80 and over. Guests over 80 years old do not have insurance.
• If you are pregnant, please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration. Note that you must consult your doctor before going on a tour. Commit to taking responsibility for your health and that of your fetus throughout the duration of the travel program.
• If you need to issue an invoice, please provide invoice information to the tour sales staff immediately upon registration. Do not accept invoices after the tour has ended.

Note when transferring/cancelling tours

• After paying, if you want to change/cancel the tour, please bring your Travel Ticket to the tour registration office to complete the tour transfer/cancellation procedures and pay the fee according to Vietravel's regulations. Do not handle tour transfer/cancellation cases over the phone.
• Trip cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Tour cancellation conditions for weekdays

• Transfer to other tourist routes 20 days before departure date: No cost.
• If canceling or switching to other tours 15-19 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 50% of tour deposit.
• If canceling or switching to other tours 12-14 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 100% tour deposit.
• If tour is canceled within 08-11 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 50% of tour price.
• If tour is canceled within 05-07 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 70% of tour price.
• If the tour is canceled within 02-04 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 90% of the tour ticket price.
• If tour is canceled within 1 day before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 100% of tour ticket price.
Tour cancellation conditions for holidays and Tet

• If canceling or switching to other tours 25-29 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 50% of tour deposit.

• If tour is canceled within 17-19 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 50% of tour price.
• If tour is canceled within 08-16 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 70% of tour price.
• If tour is canceled within 02-07 days before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 90% of tour ticket price.
• If tour is canceled within 1 day before departure date: Tour cancellation cost: 100% of tour ticket price.
Case of force majeure
:
If the tour program is canceled or changed by either party due to a force majeure reason such as fire, weather, accident, natural disaster, war, epidemic, postponement, relocation, cancellation or replacement changes of public transportation or other force majeure events according to the law...), then Vietravel will not bear any obligation to compensate for any losses that have occurred and will not bear any responsibility. any legal.
