Go Thap tourist area has an area of nearly 290 hectares, located in My Hoa and Tan Kieu communes. About 1,500 years ago, this land once existed a bustling emirate belonging to the Kingdom of Funan (I-VI centuries AD). The whole complex includes 10 architectural relics of Hindu temples, divine wells, residential relics, workshops, statues of Vishnu and many gold artifacts kept quite intact. In 2012, Go Thap Urban Area was honored to be ranked by the Prime Minister as a special National Monument.
