TPO - Four-season scenery in the Hmong village named Sin Suoi Ho, Phong Tho, Lai Chau - A typical community tourism village, likened to "The Princess sleeping in the clouds", makes visitors remember it endlessly.

Located under the peak of Son Bac May in Sin Suoi Ho commune, Phong Tho district (Lai Chau), there is a Hmong village named Sin Suoi Ho which is likened to "The Princess sleeping in the clouds" because of its poetic and peaceful scenery.

But few people know that Sin Suoi Ho of previous decades was once known as the "addicted to smoking" version. The entire village is "sustainably" poor households. Inside the house, outside the alley, cattle and poultry roam freely everywhere. Children cannot go to school and have to rush to get married.

However, thanks to the unremitting efforts of more than 2 decades, along with the attention of the Party and State, and the help of all levels of government, by 2015, Sin Suoi Ho village was recognized by Lai Chau province. recognized as a community tourism area.

It is known that Sin Suoi Ho is located at an altitude of 1,500 m above sea level, so the climate is always cool all year round.

Coming to Sin Suoi Ho, visitors will be immersed in the unique cultural and artistic space of the Mong people here.

Sin Suoi Ho people use their traditional Mong customs to do tourism. Therefore, visitors can enter any house in the village to visit and learn about their lifestyle.

In the village, there is Heart Waterfall which tells the touching love story of a Hmong boy and girl and the path to the waterfall was laid out by the villagers themselves.

Sin Suoi Ho market is known as one of the safest markets because the village does not smoke, drink alcohol, steal, or litter...

Coming to the market, visitors can enjoy sticky rice cakes made from famous Seng Cu rice and fried with the village's canola oil.

Staying at Sin Suoi Ho, visitors can choose to stay at a villager's house, rent a beehive house, a bird's nest or choose to rent a community room imbued with Mong culture.

The autumn scenery when Sen Cu rice ripens in Sin Suoi Ho is causing a "fever" on social networking platforms.

Sharing with Tien Phong, head of Vang A Chinh village said: Sin Suoi Ho's direction in the coming years is to develop agricultural tourism, both tourism and agriculture. Doing tourism in the direction of closely following the cultural identity of the nation... Therefore, people here hope to receive more and more support and love from domestic and foreign tourists...

On November 18, 2020, Sin Suoi Ho village was honored by the Vietnam Tourism Association as "Typical Community Tourism Village of 2019".

Recently, within the framework of the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2023 in Indonesia, Sin Suoi Ho community tourism site was also honored to receive an award in the 3rd ASEAN Community Tourism Award category.
