VinWonders Hanoi Water Park is a satisfying "staycation" destination suitable for all ages, giving you the opportunity to enjoy relaxing moments. But really, who can be nervous, even a little bit, when having fun in cool water? 

- Customers can present this printed voucher or electronic voucher at the gate to enter.  - Customers who buy Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders Phu Quoc combo tickets need to take a FaceID photo when going through the control gate for the first time - Voucher is only valid once according to the validity period stated on the ticket.  - For senior citizen tickets, please present the original ID card or passport along with the voucher to the staff at the entrance gate.  - Tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged for other services, except in cases of force majeure.  - In case of changing date, changing ticket type or canceling due to force majeure, the policy at the time of using the service will apply.  - Please contact hotline 19006677 #2 for invoice issuance support within 24 hours from the time you receive your ticket.

- Amusement park opening hours: From 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. every day of the week  - Customers who buy Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders Phu Quoc combo tickets need to take a FaceID photo when going through the control gate for the first time - The amusement park stops accepting guests after 7:00 p.m.  - Shuttle bus from Dong Duong town according to time & location according to fixed schedule.  - Customers under 100 cm tall get free admission.  - Regulations to apply ticket prices for children: Customers from 100cm to under 140cm tall  - Regulations to apply ticket prices for the elderly: People aged 60 years or older and bringing identification documents with photos for proof.  - Do not apply at the same time with incentive programs, promotions, and discounts. - VinID points accumulation is not applicable.
