Impressive scene of Phuoc Hoa spillway in Binh Duong

Located in An Thai commune, Phu Giao district, Binh Duong province, Phuoc Hoa spillway is an "emerging" check-in point, sought after by many tourists.

Phuoc Hoa spillway is likened to the jaws of a giant shark with a serrated shape, different from other irrigation dams.

From the headquarters of the People's Committee of Phu Giao district, Binh Duong province, visitors drive along route DH507 about 30km to Phuoc Hoa dam, in An Thai commune.

According to Binh Duong newspaper, Phuoc Hoa dam is more than 2,000 hectares wide, serving irrigation for more than 58,000 hectares of agricultural land in localities in Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces.

This is the first irrigation project in the country with the function of transferring water from one river to another, the lake feeding water to the lake. That is water from the Be River is transferred to the Saigon River, from Phuoc Hoa Lake to Dau Tieng Lake.

In addition to the Phuoc Hoa spillway, visitors to Phu Giao district, Binh Duong province can spend time visiting the relics of Buu Phuoc pagoda, the historical relics of the Governor's Palace of Phuoc Thanh province, and the relics of the broken Song Be bridge.
