At 10 o'clock, the group began the journey to conquer Cha Loi cave. From the gathering point to the cave entrance, the group walked about 800m. On the way, the group heard an introduction to the A72 Information Station Historical Site.

After that, everyone temporarily stopped at the stilt house of the people in the village, which is Mom's house. The group shared about the lives of the family and the Bru - Van Kieu people. Everyone exchanges and learns about the culture and lifestyle of the community here.

The group said goodbye to Mom and continued their journey to conquer Cha Loi cave. Cha Loi Cave is a system located in Ngan Thuy commune. The cave is also favored by the people here with the name Dai Tuong cave. The cave is about 4km long. Going deep into the cave, people can admire the magnificent stalactites and experience walking and climbing; Swimming in the underground river with a total length of 30m.

In addition, the group had a chance to admire unique areas in the cave, such as the Field Battle stage, the stalactite statue of General Vo Nguyen Giap, and the Tunnel of Love. Each different area has its own characteristics with unique, magnificent, majestic and mysterious stalactites.

At noon, the group stopped to rest and combine meditation and sound connection in the cave. The sound is created by water droplets dripping from the stalactites, creating the sound of water. Visitors can feel the magical and quiet vibration of the underground water inside the cave. A wonderful feeling of sublimation when dissolving yourself into the Mantra sound; a power and source of the universe bestowed by Quang Binh nature.

In the early afternoon, the group had lunch right in the cave. Food is prepared by the tour's logistics department. Because the group requested a vegetarian diet, lunch included vegetables, fruits, rice balls, fruit, banh chung, mineral water...

After eating and drinking, the group continued their journey to conquer and experience many activities in the cave. There are narrow or deep passages that require careful climbing and steady steps to cling to the cave walls. At the end of the journey to conquer the cave, the group returned to the original meeting point to rest and shower.

“At night, the group continued to move from the gathering point to the Valley of Love. Everyone interacts and chats, sets up tents, and prepares dinner. After dinner, the group lit a campfire and chatted under the moonlight, combined with meditation and sound connection, listening to the chirping of birds amidst the vast mountains and forests. A truly peaceful, quiet and wild experience," Ngoc Anh shared.

A new day begins, amidst the vast space of Quang Binh nature, everyone wakes up in a remote place and meditates to connect with the clear sound, then has breakfast right in the middle of the Valley of Love. After that, the group packed up their belongings and luggage to start the Khe Nuoc Lanh trekking journey.

Khe Nuoc Lanh flows through Ngan Thuy commune (Le Thuy) and Truong Xuan commune (Quang Ninh). The group trekked along Khe Nuoc Lanh for about 2km, combined with bathing in the stream.

“I was truly overwhelmed by the wild, peaceful and majestic beauty of the Truong Son mountains and forests. Everything has an attraction that fascinates me, beyond my imagination. From the clear blue water, the cool, fresh air, the lush green forest canopy to the gurgling sound of water flowing through the rocks.
