Each piece of sandstone is carefully selected, checked for color, grain, and exact size, then sculpted according to the design. The sandstone stones are stacked in 54 layers, each stone has an average length of 100-120cm, an average height of 70cm, and a thickness of 50cm. The total volume of sandstone used to assemble the statue is 2,025m3.
