According to local legend, in the past, fairies in the sky invited each other to come down to earth to see the sights, but were attracted by the mysterious beauty of Lien Son Stone Cave, causing them to be engrossed in having fun and refusing to return to the upper world. This made the Jade Emperor angry and immediately closed the door to prevent the fairies from returning to heaven, so year after year the fairies transformed into the cliffs and from then on the cave had another interesting name, Fairy Cave.
