Lao Bao prison has become a living hell for prisoners. For nearly 40 years of existence, Lao Bao prison has imprisoned thousands of Communist soldiers and patriots. Through two wars, especially during the war against the US, Lao Bao Prison was almost completely destroyed, many buildings only had part of their architecture remaining such as: Lao C, D, E, Question House. palace, solitary confinement area, some bunkers... but most have been deformed and become abandoned.
