Hoa Thang rock formation is compared with many different associations such as a rockery in the middle of fields or like a fossil of a dragon. The view from above is quite impressive. However, when standing at a close angle, this cliff has almost nothing too special, the only unique thing is that the cliff is like a "sticky" highlight on the immense blue picture.

According to the site Tho Dia Phu Yen, in the past, this land was a vast sea. According to scientists, due to the change of the continental shelf, alluvium from the Ba River accumulated, creating the land today, leaving Ganh Da as a vestige of the ancient geological period.

According to folklore, this place was once a low-lying swamp, where wild animals lived, floods occurred constantly causing disaster for the people. Heaven sent giants to carry mountains to fill the lowlands. In the process of making, the giant dropped pieces of rock, creating a cliff like today.

Ganh Da is also called Ngu Thach Son because it is divided into 5 large rock ranges, including Ganh Mieu, Ganh Dung, Ganh Quan, Ganh Quyt and Ganh Bo. Photo: Truc Nha

If readers want to visit a strange place to see the uniqueness and magic of nature, they can try to stop at Hoa Thang Stone Ganh, and feel more lightness and tranquility here. However, if you hope to find a majestic destination to the point of admiration, then maybe Hoa Thang Stone Ganh is not the right choice.
