The base of the tower has a square plan, each side is 12m long and 2.4m high. The structure of the base has many ledges and is slightly spread out, giving the tower a solid position. The tower's body is square cylindrical, each side is 9m long and 10m high. On each side of the tower body, there are 5 decorative wall pillars. Between the pillars there is a ridge forming a deep groove into the tower body. The bottom and top of the wall pillars create a wide flared shape, making the wall pillars very solid. The wall pillars are left smooth and do not touch the pattern. The top of the tower body, where it meets the roof, is built into a wide flared edge, creating runways running on four sides to reduce the monotony of the junction between the square blocks.
