Determining the cultural value of ethnic people living in the terraced rice heritage area is an important soul, Binh Lieu pays special attention to preserving and promoting the value.

The district researches and compiles records of intangible cultural heritages, such as: New rice celebration (Tay ethnic group), Harvest praying ceremony (Shan chi ethnic group) and proposes to be included in the list of intangible cultural heritages. nation; Organize the preservation of traditional occupations associated with tourism development, such as: upland rice farming, mulberry growing, silkworm rearing, weaving of traditional costumes and souvenirs... More practically, the district connects with travel companies to survey, build and deploy tours and tourist routes to Luc Hon terraced fields, such as: Vietravel, Hanoi Tourism, Tan Hong, Halo tour... to Developing tours, bringing visitors to Binh Lieu.

Cultural and sports activities in newly harvested terraced fields are highly appreciated by UNESCO experts.

In the long term, Binh Lieu researches and develops the tourism space of Luc Hon terraced fields on the basis of connecting tourism with Cao Xiem mountain, investing in infrastructure (traffic from Ngan Pat to Cao Xiem mountain, check-in photo spot, paragliding)... in the Cao Xiem mountain area. The district also promotes investment to attract investors in tourism product development projects to promote the relics and scenic spots of Luc Hon terraced fields.
