At that time, 15 years ago, Luong Son area, Vinh Luong commune now had only a small fishing village hidden on National Highway 1A, seemingly separate from the city, so at that time people here called this rocky area an oasis, besides that name it was also called Dong Be. The name Hang Heo comes from the fishermen in Luong Son area when they come back from fishing, they often see wild boars on Co Tien mountain coming down here to sleep.
