Comrade Hoang Van Thu (1909 - 1944) was a revolutionary and a loyal communist soldier of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He was born on November 4, 1909 in a Tay family in Phac Lan village, Nhan Ly commune, Van Uyen district (now Hoang Van Thu commune, Van Lang district), Lang Son province.
