Last month, I had the opportunity to visit Binh Dinh for tourism. I was not only overwhelmed by the scenery here but also particularly fond of the cuisine in this martial land province. By chance, I went to Nhon Loc commune, An Nhon district, where the locals introduced me to a type of wine. Surely, when mentioning it, everyone knows it is Bau Da wine, also known as Stone Jar wine.

According to the locals' accounts, they discovered a very wide field of about 3000m2, in which there were various types of stones and they also found an underground stream flowing from this field (well). They used the water from this field to make alcohol and discovered that the resulting alcohol had an extremely captivating and distinctive aroma that was difficult to mistake for other types of alcohol.
